Does a product enquiry include installation?
No. Equipment supply and installation are quoted separately. Tell us in your enquiry if you also need installation and we will connect you with a licensed partner installer who confirms the site requirements and price with you directly.
Can I buy and pay online?
Not yet. Prices on the site include GST. Send us a shortlist of the products you are interested in and we will confirm availability and delivery by email or phone. You can also call 1300 151 214.
How are trade partners approved?
Installers and electricians apply with their business details, trade licence type, licence number and a photo of the licence. We check the licence against the relevant register before a partner is listed, and we review partners periodically.
Do you deliver outside Victoria?
Yes. We are based in St Albans, Victoria, and supply equipment and spare parts Australia-wide. Freight is quoted with your enquiry.
What is the VEU rebate and do you handle it?
Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) is a Victorian Government program that discounts eligible energy-efficient upgrades, including replacing old heating or cooling with efficient reverse-cycle systems. Airconex participates in the program. Tell us about your current system and we will explain whether your upgrade is eligible and how the discount is applied.
Do you sell spare parts to the public?
Yes. Genuine evaporative cooler pads, gas heater components, controllers, registers and installation accessories are available to homeowners as well as trades. If you cannot find a part, send us the model number and we will source it.
