Terms and Conditions of Sales and Services

To be confirmed. Two details were never filled in on the previous site: the accepted payment methods (clause 5) and the refund processing time (clause 7). They are marked below until Airconex supplies them.

  • “You”, “Your” refers to the customer or user of our website.

4. Orders and Contracts

  • All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
  • A contract between you and us for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed, and dispatched to you.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are inclusive of GST and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
